NXG Iberia does not provide business references, nor does it authorize any individual to do so on its behalf. Consequently, any business references related to current or past projects, (former) clients, investments, or members (investors), whether verbal or written, are strictly prohibited.

References usually involve the processing of personal and business data, making them subject to the General Data Protection Regulations (EU) 2016/679) as outlined in the Data Protection Act 2018. These regulations are detailed in a non-disclosure agreement, in which parties agree not to disclose any shared information during their relationship and thereafter for a certain agreed period.
